The most approachable and knowledgeable PT I have ever known. Ania’s expertise have helped me reach my long overdue health goals, increase productivity and improved my mental wellbeing. She has this fantastic set up ie fully equipped studio that is super ventilated and clean and it’s private! Also she goes way and beyond to provide you with all informations to accelerate your journey and to help you. Throughout recent tough times she helped me and many people to continue with fitness training and she provided safe environment for us all. She is truly the best , truthful and caring person. Ania has been absolutely brilliant. Each session is never the same and is always a laugh, and she always makes it enjoyable. Her efforts for making me feel confident and motivated has really helped, especially after having a baby I had lost all confidence and motivation to even exercise! Ania's knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication really helps to stay fit. In addition to fitness she also shares nutritional food ideas for having good health! I have been training with Ania for over 5 years with excellent results (if I do say do myself)! Over the years I’ve done everything from a variety of classes to boot camps to 1 to 1 and small PT. I can honestly say I have never been bored and find classes are the right level of fun and Challenge. Ania is motivational, supportive and funny and makes everyone feel right at home regardless of ability. I consider her a friend as well as a trainer. I’d recommend her to anyone.
