Had the absolute pleasure of ordering some architrave from here. I'm based in the northwest and was struggling to find the profile I needed. Spoke to the really helpful Calvin - super prompt and emailed me a couple times during the process, they couldn't deliver to me but were more than happy to package the items and store them as I arranged for them to be collected by a courier. Price was great and top quality timber!

Had to get a last minute loft door for my builder on a Saturday morning, after being refused help from H**** and K**g who had staff available but the manageress said no they cannot help and will not cut timber on Saturday, I came here to Keith Grove W12 and the guys were super helpful even found me an off cut so it cost me less ,Calvin and Gary are your go to people, thank you for rescuing my weekend. I know where to come from now on.

I have been purchasing timber at Fergusons for over 40 years. Why? They only supply the highest quality and that is important to use as we service our own properties. They will also cut any types of moulding. Recently has specialist moulding for staircases and very reasonable. The 9 inch victorian skirting are fab. Staff are very professional and helpful.
