In response to Airways in their answer to Adite... If you want to criticize foreign people's English the way you did make sure first that your English is perfect. You sound totally bizarre. If people are like that inside the factory is because the people that are in higher position don't care. You could have a good business running and happier workers. You just choose to exploit and criticize the hard-work and non-motivated factory people have to do!

There are a lot of foreign staff, (cousin's good friend or sister's boyfriend and so on.. ) More than 70% of them can barely talk in English... Furthermore if you don't agree with familys opinion, all this big family will gonna eat you alive. Very sad situacion.. Staff non stop talk behind each other back.. Even for their own leader they have specific name :) But the most nice thing which I'd like to mention that there is few persons with a welcoming smiles in their faces with polite dictionary like "thank you, excuse me, please, you welcome" (they're english of course). Now lets jump to "bosses" :) are they available to deal with extreme or more intense situations? My answer is NO! Managers doesn't Investigate situations properly, also dominating very unprofessional and poor attitude ( night team leader Kristina) others from night shift looks very kind. Btw as a team leader she should improve her English language (knowing that she is ~10 years in Uk) Sometimes even for us employees was difficult to understand her properly... etc: "my phone battery Will be Dying soon.." yes yes, you read correct this is broken language persons who stays arround 10 year in UK.. Shame... So hopefully this review will help you to picture a view, what for to expect. ;)
