Worst experience of my life I placed a very large order with these guys and got a call from a member of staff the next day to verify the order had gone through. Several weeks later I’m still waiting for this order to come so I start chasing this company up problem is they never answered their phone or emails. It took me 26 calls , 4 emails before they finally picked up one morning while attempting to make my 27th call to them. They said “the item was stuck in transit and will arrive soon” this was concerning as the item was stated as “In stock” and now you’re saying the item is in transit to the store. Long story short I waited 4 months and nothing came at this point. My emails and calls still ignore and I had literally lost it to the point I was on the going drive 3 hours down south and give these people a time they would never forget I was fuming with the lack of incompetence and arrogance. Your running a business and you can’t respond to calls you can’t even respond to email you don’t call people back when voice messages are left I was shocked and looking at many other peoples reviews I can see the dawn issue here. Quick to take your money and never post your item pretty much a scam. I had to get my bank involved via a Ndedity claim which they were able to retrieve my money back. I will be taking things further this company is in breach of consumer gross misconduct they literally take your money send you some B*llsh*t email and call with your invoice and never dispatch your goods would love to see if this company can even respond to this review although that’s probarly like asking a dog to fly a plane. Before you place your order if you are brave enough to do it all I ask is give these people a call and see if they pick up the phone then try again and again and then imagine yourself trying to get hold of them when a £781.21 order doesn’t arrive. It’s a good thing I live 3 hours away because I was soo soo close to loosing it with these guys, shocking poor customer service with their staff and family members leaving good reviews to prop up the page. Avoid at all costs Will be looking at potentially taking things further

I have purchased numerous times now from Airsoft Direct I can say I am extremely satisfied with the service. I have purchased three AEGs and a shotgun all of which have been upgraded to very high standards and safety specifications. When I have suffered any delays in my order I have received communication from the current team and estimated new delivery times. All in all good customer service, great tech service and after care support.
