We used Air-Simple to rent out our property. At first they came across as very professional. However, communication wasnt great. This continued throughout and I have just terminated the agreement. They will sell on the basis that they are linked with Belvilla and they hand responsibility to them to manage however they are just as bad. If you run a hospitality based business you have to be available and they never are. If your a renter go somewhere else.
