Went to Airs as it's a local independent Carpet shop. The lady could not have been any less helpful and we seem to be an inconvenience to her. She quickly dismissed us as soon as another couple she clearly knew walked in. Shame as we were hoping to use them for a whole house project and possibly more. Went to Tapi they could not have been more helpful. Estimated in a couple of days, flooring ordered, fitting date arranged, rest of house being done later in the year.

Initially it seemed like a friendly local business. They came out to measure the house quickly. However after that it was radio silence and they did not respond to voice messages or emails asking if we could see the quote. When I phoned they were unapologetic and just said they would get to it without committing to any timeframe. Honestly I have never met a company that appears to be completely uninterested in new business. Avoid
