Awful company AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. I made a mistake booking, (I booked for a day after I needed the cab). I noticed the mistake in 15 minutes. I asked for a cab now, they said they had none. They charged me full price £80 for the booking because its in their T&C's rip off, rip off, rip off

My daughter was travelling from Sheffield to Southampton Airport during lockdown. She got the train to St Pancras and I booked a taxi from there to Southampton. I was concerned at first as I wanted to contact them to see where she would be picked. I couldn't get through to anyone but I believe this was due to lockdown and reduced staff when he eventually returned my call. I didn't need to worry as the driver had text her and picked my daughter up no problem.
