So I found this company by google search, hence my choosing to leave a review here. Booked two early-morning airport transfers from East London to Heathrow. The first one went very well. I booked online at 19:00 for a 05:00 pickup the next day. I received a text when the driver was en route, polite driver and nice trip. I paid in cash because I read the terms and conditions which is where I noted a hefty service charge if you pay with card vs a discount for cash. So based on this experience, I booked again, using online at 22:00 for a pickup at 04:15 the next day. I then went to sleep so I did not hear the phone call at midnight from the company. The next morning I had noticed a missed call but no voicemail, and when I had not received a text from the driver I rang the company. That's when they told me that the online booking had been accepted by mistake as they don't have a driver available. I asked why they couldn't leave a voicemail, text or email that I would pick up earlier, rather than just letting me figure this out when it's time to go. Luckily uber had a car available, only a 5 minute delay to my journey and uber charged me the same price (due to the early hour, I guess). So if you want to use this company a)call, don't trust the online booking confirmation and b)have a back-up plan and c)call them half an hour before your pick-up to make sure they are still coming. I wanted to give 3 stars due to the positive first experience, but it was just luck that I didn't miss my flight so decided 2 stars was the most appropriate rating.

Good experience recently. On-time, easy online booking, friendly, comfortable, good driver, cheap fare. Had a bit of confusion over the congestion charge payment but the communication was good and the issue was resolved quickly. I highly recommend to London2airports that they are clear about the congestion charge. Maybe include that in the fare. Will use them again.

Very bad service. The driver arrived 15 min late. More importantly he was not a safe driver and constantly accelerating and braking and the experience was very unpleasant. I don't think the driver was good enough to drive as professional driver. I do not recommend at any cost.

So bad service!!!! We booked a month ago and agreed to the price quotation on the website. We have an email booking confirmation email and thru phone but the last minute, they told us that the price has changed. DONT BE FOOLED!!!
