Booked for Birmingham airport. Driver ran a few red lights and was speeding. As we got near the airport he dropped us off 10 mins away telling us there was too much traffic at the airport. (6am) When we walked to it was not busy. Also said he had no change for the cash we gave him. Over charged by £4. Overall poor service.

Our flight was cancelled and we gave this company plenty of notice, but they have a pretty unreasonable refund policy where you can only get 10% of your money back if you cancel at any time, whether it is late notice or not. Be careful if your flight could be delayed or cancelled, as you cannot get anywhere near a full refund if your plans change.
