    If it was possible to give this a Zero rating, I would. Extremely poor experience using this site for parking. I arrived at the car park at 5am. The car park was not sign posted and extremely difficult to find. The website states that this is a secure car park with trained staff. On arrival at the car park there was no security barrier or security gate, there wasn't even any lighting. Anyone can drive in or out of here without challenge at any time of night or day. I drove up a dirt track and was greeted by an older gentleman who couldn't speak very much English. After some initial confusion the car was parked and we were dropped at the airport along with another couple. Upon our return to Manchester Airport we called the number provided continuously for over an hour. In total we made over 100 calls to the number. We also sent text messages and Whats Apps. None of our calls or messages were answered and no one arrived to collect us. It was 10:30pm, cold and raining so we got a taxi from the Airport to the 'Car Park'. At a cost of £17. When we arrived at the place where we had dropped the car off, there were cars dumped everywhere. Absolutely no organisation or system. Our taxi was able to drive straight in without any security or challenge. There were no staff available when we arrived at the premises, we continued to call the number we had been provided. After some time a car pulled up and I recognised the older gentleman who had greeted us when we dropped the car off. A lady got out of the car who had a set of keys to a flimsy old glass door on the front of the building. I asked where my car was and where the keys were. They all seemed confused that I was asking such a question. There was a plastic box on the table in the middle of the room containing the keys for around 40 cars that were dumped around the premises. Any car thief's dream. No security, no lighting, no staff and a flimsy pane of glass between the thief and they keys to all those vehicles. After some time of searching, my keys were found on the floor under the table. The website states that upon arrival your car will be ready and you can simply load your cases and head home. No one was able to advise me where my car was located. There were cars dumped everywhere. I walked round pressing the button on my key and looking out for the lights flashing on my car. Eventually I found my car dumped at the back of what looked like an old out house. No lighting, no security, no organisation, no system. This car park does not have the correct permission, licence or insurance to be operating! USE AN OFFICIAL AIRPORT CAR PARK! IT'S WORTH THE EXTRA FEW QUID!

    Wasn't sure where to go to begin with, told to wait outside barriers at London city airport whilst we waited until they turned up. Police knocked on the window...can't park here, told them the situation, they asked me which company, when I told them, they shrugged their shoulders and said they have this problem all the time with this company and were patient with us, good job too as I would not have known where to wait otherwise. When we returned a week later, an hour later we got our car after phoning 5 or 6 times with two small kids, waiting seemed like a life time in the cold. Next time I will use a different company.

    Manchester location - had to wait for more than 1 hour to get the car back, in addition on the way out from the car park had to pay an additional fees for exit. Customer service was horrible, unfriendly and uncooperative. Manager for car park stated that he doesn't care and I have wait in the queue - dissapointed and would not reccomend to use this service ever again. In addition they do not have mini bus as stated on web site, they use customer cars to take you to the airport..... Disaster

    All good until my return from holiday, my keys had been lost by APE, they kindly drove us home and collected our spare key, returning our car to our home later that evening. Problem is now I can't get any response from the company on getting a replacement key for my Volvo @ £311.88, i have tried every means of contact and the helpline just rings out - this is really appalling customer service, not even one star at the moment....

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is tempting because they are cheap BUT my car arrived back at the airport with a fresh dent in the door and nearly 40 miles on the clock. I have filled in their complaint form and chased a response 5 times by email and when you ring usually "nobody is there to take your call" is the reply.

    Despite my confirmation saying I had booked Park and ride , the onsite number you call insisted I was Meet and Greet, this then led to 2 x lots of parking fees that where not on my reservation . Very slow to meet also..... will never use again, avoid, feel like I have been scammed and they do not reply to complaint emails .....

    Smooth parking and transfers . Quicker to use than other sites at the airport where you have to book in and on return phone for transport back to the site. I also like the fact that you hold on to your car keys.

    A very simple easy way to park. The most impressive thing was when we arrived back. We proceeded to the desk and within 2 minutes we had been given our keys, a ticket to get us out of the car park and had walked to our car which was parked within 50 yards of the desk. Well done !

    Great friendly service. Easy walking to the airport. Plenty of signs and covered all the way. I had a small difficulty originally booking online but was able to speak to somebody on the phone who was able to complete the booking.
