FIRST CLASS !! Very clean and beautifully equipped. Cannot recommend this place enough - absolutely delighted 🙂 - absolutely spot on for an airport stop over 👍🏻😎 Located within very easy walking of local shops and takeaways. Very convenient to airport (less than 10 minutes) and even more conveniently right beside a taxi depot to get you there.

Didn't know what we were going to find when we pulled up to the "hotel" in the middle of cojncil estate!!! I've never stayed anywhere like it before. Loads of building going on around this area so it's obviously the way to go. Lots of nice touches, biscuits, fresh milk, tea, coffee etc. The bed was sooo comfy. Very pleasantly surprised and really good value for money

I was only there for 1 nigh as I had a flight next morning , fantastic place to stay, clean and tidy, shower was amazing, great set up, fantastic communication with the owners, definitely stay here again, thanks for a great stay

Nice clean, well kept place. Although if you need somewhere to sleep before an early flight then I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The house is very echoey, no soundproofing and you can hear everyone's conversations and moving/banging around. I was hoping to get some sleep before a 2.30am start and it was impossible. Next time, I will book a hotel and if you are looking to get some decent rest, I'd recommend you thinm about doing the same. I'd like to give it more but I stayed over hoping to be well rested before my flight and there's no chance here.

Very handy for a stay pre flight from. Manchester Airport. Clean, tidy and the rooms were well maintained. Communal kitchen was very clean with plenty of kitchen equipment. Recomed staying here rather than driving down in one hit..
