Booked for our first family holiday abroad for a while. Was told we would need a mini bus as we had four passengers and four cases. Vehicle which arrived was a car...and not in very good condition. Driver arrived on time and got us there okay which was fine. However, on return journey the driver was not at the airport to collect us, despite knowing our arrival information. When I called him he said he was 20 minutes away...half hour a later he turns up...in the same car... with a boot full of car seats. We just managed to squeeze our cases in. Told us he was made to do a drop before us, even though the boss knew he was picking up 4 passengers all with cases. Can’t fault the driver I suppose. Needless to say we won’t be using them again!

Had the most awful experience, taxi did not arrive for our family holiday early hours in the morning. When I called them they changed their story numerous times, telling me a taxi would be with me in 10 mins. Eventually turned up 40 mins later, had to run across airport straight to our boarding gate. Was the most stressful start to a holiday with a 7 year old and 4 year old in tow. Will not be using this firm again...... unreliable DO NOT use !!!

I have been using Airport Express to take groups to various airports for 15 years. They are courteous, helpful, punctual and reliable. The drivers are considerate and never find anything too much trouble and the people I speak to on the phone are also most helpful.
