I used Airport24 twice during my stay in London. The pickup at Heathrow was easy and the driver was very clear about where I would meet up with him. He called to let me know he was there and then proceeded to drive me to Reading. He waited for me while I had an appointment and then took me to Covent Garden. The van was pristine and the driver was excellent. I hired Airport 24 again to go back to Heathrow. Again, the driver let me know he was there to pick me up and we had a great conversation on the way to the airport. I would recommend Airport24 to anyone and I will definitely use this service again. Excellent service.Booking was straightforward and I appreciated getting the information about the driver, the car he'd be driving and his contact number the day before. I have nothing but praise for my driver - Shafiqur. He arrived five minutes early which helped dispel my anxiety about getting to Heathrow in good time. My luggage was quickly taken care of, and the journey passed smoothly. Shafiqur was very personable - friendly and courteous, and got me to the airport in good time.
