Never heard of this payment until son used a mini cab in Peterborough using my debit card, he said it cost £8.00 but AirPay took £10.25. I don’t trust city taxi companies at any time, this is why I prefer apps that give price and take payment, not dodgy lone rangers who fiddle meters

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Shocking company. Taken double money from my account from booking my taxi. Link sent via taxi firm to pay for the taxi and they have taken two lots of payments. Email address doesn't exist either. Scam company. Reported to action fraud, police and gov.

Just took a taxi today for airpay and all of a sudden before I even got in the taxi was £9.01 then my destination was only 7.50 but charged me 8.01 on the airpay website but then I look in my bank it still £9.01! The taxi driver for Regency taxis either scammed me or was using this awful! I want my money back!

Just got taxi home from work payed by Airpay final destination told me what I've been charged, checked my bank when I got in and Airpay have deducted more then the stated amount on the application, tried to email them immediately, and the email account does not exist 😡😡😡😡, WILL NOT BEEN PAYING FOR TAXI THIS WAY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
