Booked shortrun, fine on departure apart from system not having my vehicle reg in it, despite inputting it during the booking process. Sorted out by reading the booking number out to the guy on the gate pretty quickly. On arrival back in the UK, followed the instructions to go to stand R and get on the bus with Airparks on it. Pro tip: this may not be the correct Bus. The shortruns one was *actually* picking up from stand S. Yes, I should have checked, but I was tired and just followed the instructions ON THE TICKET and ended up at the medium/long stay. The bus driver was fairly 'blunt' in instructing me that he was now on lunch and I had to get off the bus, in response to my polite question, 'can I get the bus back to the airport from here to get the correct bus?'. The driver back to the airport was clearly making up for the fact that not many buses run around lunch as, y'know. who plans to have a service at lunch? For buses. Running to a 24/7 airport. He assured us that the bus took at least 64 passengers standing and proceeded to load (pack) us. Whilst doing so he regaled us with his amusing racist quips in faux Chinese about 'do you not understand English, get down the back of the bus!'. My wife and kids are Chinese as are many of our friends. He then livened up the journey with hand signals at other drivers, I assume that from the way that he was rapidly moving his hand up and down he was giving them guidance on steering technique and the profanities were just to add colour. Due to the fact the bus was rammed and we were late he also attempted to perform the 'wall of death' on roundabouts leading to what I am assuming is a torn shoulder and one sleepless night so far, whilst trying to make up time. The driver back to the shortrun, FROM STAND S was polite and helpful and the price was good.

Pathetic company. My brothers flight was cancelled and they are refusing to give him his £64 back as it was cancelled on the same day. What do you expect? What difference does it make that it’s cancelled on the same day? It’s completely disgraceful and this sad excuse for a company should be ashamed of themselves. It’s their first holiday in years due to prices everything and it’s been ruined by ShortRun. Congratulations on depriving someone of their money that should be given back them. Your policies are sick, how is this his fault? Disgusting.

We were worried when we read other reviews, but our experience was great. When we parked up at 3am, the bus arrived to take us to the airport within 10 minutes. When we arrived back at Luton at 2pm, the bus was already there waiting for us. It was really handy and we would use this parking again. 😊

I booked parking through Holliday Extra, had to cancel after seeing photos of the actual parking online. Canceled Just 5 minutes after booking. They issued me a voucher, I never been told or asked for voucher. My money is gone unless, using the voucher in Holliday extras related business. No matter what I want as a customer. Another American style business in its negative meaning.
