Easy process, helpful staff, quite a long drive to the airport (15 - 20mins) and bus sometimes takes a to come back while so add at least 40 mins to your journey, but the bus does drop you directly in front of the terminal. Never had issues in about 10 years of going here.

They don't tell you where they even take the cars when you give them your keys at Luton airport. Half of them not even insured to drive. Disgusting treatment of our vehicle we came back from the most lovely holiday to a car covered in scratches and dents. No apology or remorse at all. DISGUSTING. SHUT THIS MAPLE CAR PARKING COMPANY DOWN NOW. PAY EXTRA TO PARK IT YOURSELF OR YOULL BE LEFT WITH A HEFTY DAMAGE FEE,
