Cruise parking. Service excellent. Parking 5mins from P&O. Arrival checking easy. Transfer in clean modern minibus. Driver helpful, loaded heavy bags for us. Transfer swift and to right place. Collection equally efficient and back to car quick. The car park is acceptable and secure looking. Staff 10/10, drivers 10/10, service 10/10. Would I use them again, YES.

Be using these for a year or so, all the staff from when you phone up to book your parking, to the guy's you meet at the car park, and the bus driver's are of a high standard and very polite it's the only parking I will use in Southampton.

Efficient booking of economical parking, discovered its opposite the football stadium and sandwiched either side of a quarry. A person's case fell out of the mini bus as door opened. Needed water over windows & jet spray to avoid scratches, remove awkward dust from hugely piled up aggregate there. Heavy stationary traffic Saturdays..

Do not park here if you value your car. Small spaces so they can cram in more vehicles. Came back after a cruise with a big scratch down one side. They don’t want to know. Also they could really do with more drivers or bigger vehicles as we were waiting around for ages. Really expensive for sub par service.

No address or postcode on email, the post code we checked took us to a field, the only clue we had on the email was saying it is next to the football ground, we looked this postcode up and managed to find it. Parked in a carpark next to the football ground. Taken in a minibus to cruise ship. We arrived back and went to collect where our car was parked, where the driver said they would be. It was approximately a10 minute journey. We showed the driver the email with no details and the fact the postcode took us to a field which was not on their website.

Terrible service left at cruise terminal with no collection phoned the company’s office shut called the mobile no on business card to call for collection no answer over 20 calls and 1 hr later collected , do not use this company it is not worth the savings use a better reputable company.

Avoid at all costs! Very difficult to locate "near" Southampton airport, Wrens farms is 30mins travel from Southampton airport. Very busy traffic all hours. Cheaper to park at Southampton airport. Do not refund.
