    Fibre 600 installed at the time and date arranged without fuss or mess and setup by the installer. Speed at the router measures an impressive 728 mbps download with 98 mbps upload. The system is controllable from an app, though frankly it is better controlled via a PC web browser and there is lots of help available on YouTube if required. The speed at the devices is inevitably lower, but still with lots of capacity to run plenty of devices. The 600 system comes with two Airband branded Linksys routers that work together in a mesh format, but the range between them is limited and positioning of the two units for maximum coverage is critical. Currently I have the second unit in a bedroom at the opposite end of the property (it's a bungalow) and the signal there is quite weak, but still adequate to stream 1080p TV. I have ordered a longer Ethernet cable to allow the main router to be raised and positioned clear of furniture, which should give a better result, but I am going to have to run an Ethernet cable down the garden to my office as the signal there from the house is, not unexpectedly, very weak. As a power user, I am impressed with the system and hope it remains as good when there is greater take-up in the area. My daughter, who lives near by is already planning to replace her system with a Fibre 150 installation, now that her existing contract is ending.

    Always dubious about how all encompassing these review requests are. There is good and bad in most services these days. So 1) Engineering teams External and Internal - easily 5 stars 2) Admin side simply could do better - some really tried some just simply couldnt be a***d - Everybody blamed George. 3) Customer communication - Futile - There is only 1 phone number for the whole company, huge waiting times hassled call staff. 4) Tech help desk, well the jury is still out on them. 1 had a 300Mpbs line installed on Yesterday. Today there have been service degradation problems on all local Post Code areas. So ihave trusted and monitored the situation. it was supposedly cleard at 20.:43 Ish. At 22:34 my line still down at 49.8 Mbps Please understand that i do know what i am talking about because i have worked in all areas at BT initialy engineering and latterly customer service. I know the problems but i also know the answers dont lay in hiding behind a switchboard. Nothing can be solved by a 1 to 5 star grading system, simply hoping something went right along the way. With Openzone deciding to fibre all exchanges in the coming years these guys are going to have to actively listen to their customers complaints. (PS I think George is just the office name for someone to blame because he cant seem to use a phone when he promises to call)

    They agreed we were eligible, took bank details and that’s it. I rang up to see when they could connect us and were told the engineers would be in touch. We are still waiting and desperate for internet.

    Installation today wasn't the easiest what with our rural location and the number of trees close by. The guys spent a number of hours here and came up with a solution that is more that satisfactory in all respects. Politely delivered and neatly done. I don't give 5 stars very often. Great job!

    So far so good. Our house was surveyed, with cables laid on a Monday and the installation completed on the Tuesday. Very quick and efficient onboarding process. There was a glitch with the connection once installed but the engineer returned almost immediately to resolve the problem. The customer service team were really helpful and kept me informed. The speeds and connection are even better than expected. It’s early days but looking good so far!
