    After spending well in excellent of £1,300, our slimline classic hood broke within 3 months of fitting. When we spoke to the team it emerged there were a few with some faulty circuit boards about. They dutifully agreed to send an engineer out one morning. However, when he failed to arrive in the stated time window and my wife had to leave the house, we were made to feel that we were to blame for all of this. I'm not sure the customer service team clearly understand the basic principles of "customer service" not time slots. Problem now fixed, but don't expect this type of service after ordering such an expensive item
