¨Lost" baggage sitting at Manchester Airport for 6 days now. Trying to call. Have been waiting over 30 mins for call to be answered and been subjected to Hungry Eyes by Eric Carmen on an endless loop. A cruel form of torture on top of my delayed baggage. Could Menzies be any worse?
