Awful. Business class seats the same as economy. Customer service just stopped responding to my complaint. Would definitely not recommend flying with these thieves and will not be flying them again ever. We flew business to give my pregnant wife extra comfort — she was provided with no extra comfort at all and all we did was waste money on the fare difference. Very disappointing

Air Malta is the worst airline I have ever had the misfortune to book with. When I cancelled a refundable ticket they made up some fictitious charges to avoid repaying the amount due. Please please please do not fly Air Malta. They are shockingly awful.

Terrible airline - Both outbound and return flights delayed for over 1 hour 30 mins. I don't think this airline has quite grasped the importance of running to schedule. Despite cancelling my return flight (asking me to return a day before the date originally booked!) some weeks earlier and causing me a number of extra costs and inconvenience as I had to reshuffle all my plans to accommodate new flight times, they further caused me even more inconvenience by not even running to time. Planes are not the best and could do with some maintenance. Seats were dirty like the plane had not even been cleaned after the previous flight. Online check-in only available at certain airports, poor customer service, poor website. Nothing good about this airline so save yourself the hassle and book with Ryanair or EasyJet - you'll get a much better budget airline experience at a lower cost
