Last day of September 2018 I fell approx 3.0 metres. Didn’t know it at the time because I was unconscious following the fall. This resulted in two fractures to the skull. I was a mess. Traumatic for my poor wife, daughter and local friends who attended. Thankfully the paramedics, ambulance guys and crew of the air ambulance I was sent to Kings College hospital and mended! It has taken a year for me to recover although I still cannot taste or smell anything. This has positive and negative effects but I’ll leave that to your imagination. However having come close to death I am very, very grateful to all those who helped me through. Had numerous checks at Kings College, MaidstoneHospital (who were also 100% professional, supportive, communicative and reassuring) and local specialists here at Kings Hill near West Malling. Anyway enough of my ramblings. I would just say thank you and a big hug from me for being there when needed.
