Having recently taken over a fabrication shop we knew we had several areas in need of improvement. Kim took the time needed to help us through the review process. bought several different pieces of equipment to site for the team to try and provided training to the guys in the latest features on the new kit. We were very impressed with the Cleanspace 2 PAPR units and have purchased 9 of them. The welders were given free choice of kit to purchase and they all went for the Cleanspace 2 and after a few weeks of use they are finding them comfortable to wear while carrying out welding and grinding. A few of the team changed to an AIP True colour welding helmet. They have been very impressed by the quality of the unit and the size of the lens as it is large and gives an excellent field of view. New welding plant was purchased with trials and training to help our experienced welders get the most suitable kit for the work being carried out. Ryan, also from AIP came out to site and checked out all the regulators and this was done in a way to cause as little disruption as possible We dealt with several people at AIP over the last couple of months and have had an overall excellent experience, Many thanks Dave

Second trip this month and it's with the journey. Kim really knows his stuff. First visit was for some basic supplies for my new toy and he offered some really good advice for grinding my tungsten which made such a difference. My second visit was for a new welding mask and he took the time to show the differences between the cheaper mid range and top end helmets letting me try them on which convinced me that it's not worth going cheap, got home and tried it and wow what a diffrence it makes! Top shop and would recommend to anyone new or skilled!
