Total lack of customer service. Delay blamed on GP surrgery and NHS, inability to listen and empathise. I was upset in pain and worried about my supplies and was threatened that if I talked down to thier staff they would cancel my order. I pointed out to Andrew after he explained the order process in DETAIL, that I didn't want to work for them just an answer on when I was likely to get my order. When another member said "we need to remember we are dealing with the NHS" I said that sounds like an excuse, justification. An apology and a stamemnt like "I will do /everything/what I can for you". It's a small company and it shows! Invest in some customer service training, learn how to respond rather than react and take RESPONSIBILITY.
