Rooms: Lovely warm welcome. Parking a little difficult. Very clean, comfy bed. Sadly my husband was unable to have a shower as there was no hot water, just luke warm. No breakfast available but there is a dinning room available with a fridge and microwave. So takeaway food can be consumed. Big living room and TV. The location is OK if you prefer the park end of Scarborough but a long walk to the centre of Scarborough. Nearby activities: Park Food & drinks: coffee a tea available.

Friendly, clean, inexpensive. Facilities are as described. Single glazing made sleep difficult due to road noise, our room was clean, fresh and had a handy ensuite, but felt a little bit like an update could be due. No complaints though, Paul (our host) couldn't do enough to help. Overall, a good time was had. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 4/5 … More

Great place to stay! We stayed on bank holiday weekend and it was great. We were given a disk and a permit to park outside and welcomed into the guest house brilliantly. The room was so clean tidy and lovely. The facilities that were also available to guests was amazing- a full dining space, a living room with a large television. We will definitely return here one day, was a great place to stay with lovely owners!
