I couldn't recommend Aimee enough! From start to finish she has been incredible, keeping us updated regularly throughout and providing invaluable advice. We wouldn't have been in such a strong position with the offer we have managed to get through Aimee. Navigating the mortgage market can be really tricky but especially if you have any form of 'alternative' income. Aimee has vast experience dealing with all sorts of incomes and scenarios and consequently she was able to find a lender who would give us 80k more on our mortgage than we had found direct with a lender ourself! Whilst there are many no fee brokers out there, I strongly believe you get what you pay for. You'll get invaluable advice, fantastic communication and someone who evidently values their customer. I wouldn't use any other broker!

Aimee is customer oriented, very involved throughout the process and engaged in making sure that each step is well understood and clear. Aimee was such a breath of fresh air when it came to providing information, sharing what I can expect and flagging when something needed extra attention from my side. She was supportive and always happy to chat and catch up when I was feeling disoriented or needed more clarity. What is most important for me, she understands how my employer's compensation structure works and how I can apply for a mortgage keeping that in mind. All in all, I am typing this recommendation one month after successfully closing my first property and I couldn't be happier. This whole process was so overwhelming to me at the beginning and without her help, I'm almost sure I would have given up at some point. Aimee is one of these people who genuinely seem to enjoy their job and it shows because she is great at it. Will definitely come back should I need support in the future and would highly recommend!
