I was delighted with the service I received from Ibrar. From the first contact he was polite, communicative and extremely helpful. He supplied some excellent products at competitive prices and more than that, provided excellent advice to make sure I got exactly what I needed for our bathroom project. He spent hours on the telephone sourcing parts and information from suppliers and, when we had a couple of snags with parts (from the manufacturers end) he went above and beyond by driving to ironmongers to source replacements for us, to save me having to wait any longer for my shower to be up and running.
