I've just collected my Alfa Giulia TI from AHM - another fine job done by Adie, Jordan and Lee. I've been using AHM for around 15 years and this is the third Alfa Romeo they've looked after for me. Adie, Jordan and Lee are always a pleasure to deal with - they are honest, professional, competitive on price and I'm completely happy to trust them with my pride and joy! In fact, I consider them as friends and would never take take my car anywhere else, certainly not to a main dealer - Adie, Jordan and Lee are Alfa enthusiasts and it shows in the pride they take in their work. Highly recommended.

Not impressed with customer service. Adrian Recommended to my wife that , cam belt needed to be changed at 28,000 miles on a four year old car, (ahead of manufacturer recommended interval) and then said brakes needed doing on top of the service. So a £500 service was spun into an £1800 service. Pretty shoddy justification for doing the belts ahead of the brakes & poor communication subsequently. They were disparaging of man dealers, which was a red flag in retrospect. The customer service experience doesn’t match the hype around being a “specialist”. If you want to over service your pride & joy, these guys will help you empty your wallet faster than standing on your head.
