Tried arranging a viewing with them about four times. Every single time we called, the woman who answers the phone would just be like "yep I'll get back to you" and never did. Not by phone, email, nothing. Dealt with a lot of agencies and not one of them was like this one.

Dont waste your time with these cowboys, they will show you houses that are not on the market, and when you put in an offer they wont even tell you that the house is not available they will just keep leading you on by saying 'we have forwarded your offer to the landlord be patient' meanwhile the property is off the market
