Had a couple of orders with AGW, the first one arrived ok but second order was some items short. Tried phoning to ask why but phones aren't answered, emails were not responded to either. Finally managed to contact through messanger to AGW detailing where my contact was acknowledged. Finally got an email stating there where supplier issues. The lack of customer service when things go wrong is unacceptable, simply not attending to emails is extremely frustrating. I've had to do all the chasing with this matter and had no confidence that my complaint is being taken seriously. I requested and a refund was agreed but funds were not forthcoming. I have now placed a claim with PayPal resolution and hopefully will get the funds back for missing items. I can't recommend AGW as a reliable source for products. Edit, after filing a PayPal claim with their resolution centre I have recieved my refund. its just a shame the lengths I had to go to resolve the issue.

Edit the review: it was confusing situation for both of us Alfie has called me and offer to sort the issue, really appreciate it Thx a lot for ur care I requested to cancel an order after placing it with few minutes due to the high shipping fees, They didn’t cancel the order, they shipped it and then sent an email to communicate with them a cheaper way, how we will find a cheaper way if you already shipped it??? My advice to anyone, don’t place the order unless you’re 10000% sure as no customer service after you place the order
