Polite when we met him. However we feel mis led on pricing. Despite asking numerous times if that’s everything to make sure he said no that’s it. Came to planning portal , we found out it was extra £231. Complained about it and he was rude via text and phone call. Also failed to meet appointment Monday gone. Not even a phone call or email to say can’t make it. Numerous things we had to chase due to builders comments that you’d think an architect should pick up. IN RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE. That’s why you are misleading. Despite us asking you on a number of occasions you said there’s no extra. Mis leading and feel like we have been scammed
