Pictures on website are nothing like what is delivered. Ordered the Stone Plus 20mm which looks like jagged clean stone on the photo, good for shed foundation. What was delivered was rounded pebbles filled with sand and grit, absolutley useless and a waste of money.

When order placed, told delivery would be 6/4. On 6/4 @ 3:30 was told unable to make delivery, would be following day at 8am. Sent builders home, lost 1.5hrs work. 7/4 no delivery at 9, chased was told I’d get a call back. No call. Chased at 10:40, to make a complaint. Deliver arrived at 11. 4.5hrs lost of builders time, now having to pay for an extra day to complete job. Still no response to complaint. Use if you don’t have deadlines and are happy to wait for delivery when it suits them! I’m now down £150 due to delivery commitment not being for filled!
