Wonderful team of volunteers and two staff doing their best in the current climate. Low prices and a great cause to support with donations of decent clothes, bric-a-brac, blu-rays and so on. The money raised goes to support the vulnerable over 50's across Birmingham and Sandwell.

Rude, unhelpful and ignorant so called staff. They all seem to be volunteers with some kind of issues and bad attitudes towards others they cannot control even when working their shift in the charity shop. It's also been closed during the week for the last few weeks.

Really Poor customer service and no appreciation. I dropped 2 bags full of new and used clothes and shoes and the charity personnel grabbed the bags out of my hand and did not even say thank you. Instead I was greeted with 'We are supposed to be closed today'
