Rudest staff on the phone, barely can communicate and zero people skills. Barely could understand anything she said. Basically spoke over me and then when I asked to let me finish she said are you finished?! Impossibly rude when my bag has been sat outside my house for two weeks not collected all I am trying to do is donate to a charity!! Absolutely no need to rudeness on the phone when asking to collect, won’t bother and certainly won’t be supporting such an unprofessional and rude organisation. Work in your communication, English and customer service. You are not representing a charity accurately, very disappointing

I ordered 5 packs of Christmas cards and should have received the sixth pack free. Five packs arrived, so I contacted Against Breast Cancer by phone, leaving a detailed message as requested and heard nothing. I then sent an email, again no response. I find this very poor customer service and I'm afraid will not be buying from you again. Failure to respond is, in my opinion, extremely discourteous.

What part of ‘No junk mail’ Are these people struggling with. Once a month I have to throw away a bag. Wish I lived closer I’d come and stick them all though your doors. Idiots

Unsolicited charity bag spammer. You and your volunteers clearly cannot respect signs on people's doors that blatantly indicate that they do not want junk mail or your unsolicited charity bags. Unethical, environmentally awful and utterly repulsive. Stop littering people's homes. If we want to donate old clothing we would donate it to any one of the countless drop-off locations around here, and not by shoving it into a plastic bag and leaving on the side of the road. These tactics only align you with every other scummy 'charity bag' scammer out there. GO. AWAY.
