Me and my mum had the absolute pleasure of going to the Kidderminster aga store for a demonstration from Penny Zako. We had a fabulous time and learnt so much. She was so lovely and put everyone at easy for an informative and enjoyable experience! As always Roger, Kate and Linda were on hand to give expert advice and were incredibly helpful on any questions we had. We couldn’t recommend this store enough!!

Bought a brand new Aga this spring. Constant issues and shop does not do the aftersales, instead an Aga telephone number given but all they do is take details.. again… and then never arrange an engineer. Currently, Aga not working, off, won’t stay on, less than 9 months old. Reconsider Aga as the system behind it is dated and very unresponsive. Have called several times to both Aga and repair service very keen person to help, but nothing happens as they have no engineers working for Aga anymore, they outsource.
