  I went there with my friend and worst experience. The lady wasn’t friendly at all, she was not helpful and seems unhappy, we stayed only 10min due to the bad customer service.

  A big thank you to Aurelija! My experience at AG Bridal was absolutely fantastic. She brought phenomenal service, it was such a lovely experience and the variety of dresses was great! I felt heard and I did not feel pressure whatsoever. Aurelija was attentive to detail in what I liked and didn't like. She made my bridal experience an unforgettable one, and most importantly I think I found my wedding dress! 10/10 recommend for future brides.

  I would like to say a BIG thank you to AG Bridal and Aurelija for my amazing wedding dress and amazing trail! It was the most amazing wedding day. I can't express with words how beautiful I felt in my dress! Aurelija was super helpful throughout the whole process. She was always there and going through all of my questions and was making sure I am happy with my dress. She prepared my amazing trail in a short period of time for which I am very grateful. My wedding look was amazing and I wouldn't be able to make it without her help! Thank you so much AG Bridal for my amazing dress and making my day so special! Highly recommend! ☺️

  Such lovely bridal Boutique. Wide range of various styles beautiful gowns, staff is friendly and very helpful. Very good location close to Maryland and Stratford stations. Highly recommended!

  I think, if you're going to visit AG Bridal, you need to go on a weekday. I went on a Saturday and didn't get my full hour slot as the customer before was overrunning and out of respect for the privacy, I didn't wait in store before she left, but was in turn rushed out when the next customer came in. I felt very stressed and as if I was jumping into dress after dress as if it was a race. The staff wasn' very attentive to what I liked, but rather shared their own personal preferences which I've never had before. Other stores listen to what you want and keep their own preferences to themselves. For example, if I asked about making straps narrower, they said "I think it looks best this way". After all, they are the ones selling and we are the ones buying and wearing the dress... There is also a no-photo policy, which they said was due to the designers. I dont really understand that though as I wanted to share with my mum who couldn't be there, and also be able to remember which dresses I tried on. After having asked around, I now know that stores don't always like photos being taken as the photos themselves don't do the dresses justice and brides can make "misinformed" decisions based on bad photos. However, in this case, it all happened so fast and there was no record keeping or system whatsoever of the dresses I liked, so at the end I couldn't say if I wanted any of them. I couldn't remember them! I was relieved to leave the store and go on to the next place. This was super stressful and I felt rushed and like a burden even if I tried to be helpful getting in and out of the dresses and be sympathetic with them as I knew they are back to back on Saturdays and seemed so stressed. There are lots of nice dresses here though, to very good prices so if you wanna go, try to go on a weekday and not a Saturday. If you go on a saturday anyways, try on as few dresses as possible to have time to really feel how you feel in each dress.

  I had the best experience throughout, from choosing my dress to every alteration appointment. Aurelia is patient and a great listener. I went for appointments with big brands that crowd the room, and book in 5 brides at a time, this is not the case with AJ Bridal. I had a private appointment, I wasn't feeling judged when I said I will attend other appointments and come back when I decide, I was listened to and the overall experience has been fantastic. Highly recommended! Well done!
