The recent order with Afrobuy was only my second one and I must say I was extremely disappointed. The quality of some products and packing of some was very poor, some have spilled in the box, package was open. I was given another product as replacement of what I ordered (which I was asked if I am okay with that), however, I have been told it is the same price but to my surprise it is a cheaper product so I have been charged extra and no refund or product was sent for that. I emailed Afrobuy immediately after my order was delivered. It has now been over a week without any response whatsoever. I also tried to call them without success. Per overall, I will never order from Afrobuy again.
