Unreasonable lot. I purchased a couple of bundles 3 days ago, they were still unopened and had tags on them when I went to exchange them for a different color. I was told this was impossible even though they were clearly in the condition I bought them in. I understand it’s policy but a case to case to case review is more logical. I don’t recommend patronizing this shop as they are clearly willing to alienate customers.
