These people are angels! I called the ACFS the day my nephew passed to save my sister from making that call and immediately felt a sense of relief. Abi took such care with me on the phone and only sent emails when she deemed appropriate. I never once second guessed my nephew's care in their hands and I couldn't be more grateful. The care and attention to detail by the gentlemen who help us on the day of the funeral were heaven sent and great with everyone they met. Super respectful and helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. To the whole team, I am grateful from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my Nephew and my Sister. Thank you for your service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Shawn and Abi are just the people you want to be speaking with, when you have lost a loved one. Both were patient, compassionate and went above and beyond. We had to use their services on 2 occasions. Sadly our parents passed away 3 months apart. Our dad was the last to die, and I will never forget how Shawn, reassured us by saying ‘I will go and collect dad myself’. On the day of the funerals everyone was amazing, they checked in with us and the drivers well they definitely took care of us. I would recommend this service over and over again. The Scott family are forever grateful Thank you is not enough!

When he died I contacted African - Caribbean Services and from then on, the actual funeral service on the day and the support that I received were that of high quality . The staffs in every department were so professional with dealing with the funeral arrangement . Special thanks goes out to Abi Sesu who guided us every step of the way. What can I say mr carter is the best and his team is just his match. I remembered mr carter when he did my great-grandmothers funeral in 1996 ( I was 6) them grandads funeral in 1997 (I was 7 years old) Then he did my grandmothers 2008 (18 years old) and recently my grandmother (32 years old). This company has remained consististant and I have witness the growth subconsciously and consciously. The level of service is perfect and exceptional. Hey level of service I have received was amazing and warming during a difficult time. Due to limitations we had to change the original plan because of manor park cemetery polices. We made the changes to casket making it a coffin looking like one (difficult process and how I am a perfection thank you Abbi ) I would like to thank Matilda for giving me the courage to be able to touch my beloved nan and try to dressed her.
