The lift we hired was a day late. No communication from them to advise this. When it did arrive the lift wasn't functional so we were unable to use or even move it. This was at a busy site in central London and the lift was left in their busy loading bay for weeks. Every time we asked them when it was being collected they just said it is due to be collected tomorrow. In the end we had to report it abandoned to the authorities and have it removed and impounded. What an absolute joke
