Charged £65 to go from the hospital to Benfleet...turned the meter off! Called a PROPER taxi firm who confirmed this journey is no more than £20 regardless of the time of day.. rang to ask why I was charged so much and they hung up without giving any explanation AVOID !!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

Booked 3 taxis in advance. 2 taxis were approx 30+ mins late. When we called them to see where the third one was, it appears we were lied too as the last time we called, they hadn’t even dispatched one to us when they said, someone was on the way. Booked a different taxi who were 20 mins and very lovely. Overall stood there for an hour waiting. Absolute joke of a company. I’d recommend 333-444 over this rubbish service. Dinner plans screwed, thanks guys 👍

Taxi man charged me £35 upfront in cash as I was taking my baby back from hospital. He turned off the meter and wasn't very pleasant. I don't think I should of been charged that much nor would I use them again.
