Staff friendly and very knowledgeable.Gave us advice on all aspects from styles, types of materials, lead times etc. Very reasonable prices , particularly against leading competitors. Fitting dates were very accurate . Quality of blinds are very professional and made to a high standard. Very professional and friendly fitter. Many thanks to all the team involved.

Great product, waited longer than expected due to container delays but pleased with fitter service once they arrived. Bug bear is that they did not remove packaging so left to dispose of large boxes and packaging myself which wasn't explained at quote stage.

Just great service from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was knowledgeable and courteous which is often a rarity these days. The shutters were measured up, ordered and installed within the agreed timescales and are exactly as promised. I had some questions after the initial consultation which they were happy to answer before I decided to go ahead and there was absolutely no pressure at any stage to put down a deposit. On the day of installation everywhere was left clean and tidy and I was encouraged to check everything thoroughly before I signed to say I was happy with the work. If you’re wanting good quality, competitively priced shutters I can highly recommend this company.

Neighbours had plantation shutters from different suppliers but I chose Affordable Shutters based on their Professionalism , Service, and Price for what is a quality product. Everyone I've been in contact with is friendly, helpful and willing to do that bit extra to make the experience positive. Half of the shutters and blinds are up and are the envy of the street. Unfortunately, Brexit & Covid have delayed the last shutter and the team couldn't be more apologetic and sorry. Totally outwith their control which is understandable and impacts their cash flow so we should support our local business's at this time.
