The furniture they make is fine, just buy a ready made piece or if you do buy a bespoke piece then prepare yourself for a long .......and I mean long. wait ! They ask for full payment in advance and then fob you off with every excuse under the sun ! The owner eventually personally delivered my furniture with a big apology and a discount but none of that made up for the terrible customer service . It's a shame really as they do make decent furniture. Update : Karen replied to my review blaming the whole sorry affair on Covid and subsequent lockdowns , that is not the case as I contacted her on several occasions to check that my furniture was in production and was always told that it had been made , but just wanted painting or finishing etc. etc . When I did get really annoyed in the end and threatened to contact my credit card company , the owner then told me it would be made in the next two weeks ! ( At the height of Covid ) As I mentioned in my review the finished product is of reasonable quality but before you place an order for bespoke furniture ( for which you'll be asked to pay up front ) read the other Google reviews and you'll see it isn't just me that had problems !! There is nothing worse than being lied to and I'm afraid Karen's response is yet again deluded . Update : I've had a change of heart after Karen's suggestion that I wasn't supportive and understanding of her business during Covid. I now feel you should go ahead and order some bespoke furniture from affordable furniture, pay for it all in advance and when you do receive it, on time , to spec and without having to chase the sale up or listen to a 1001 excuses post your review on here to prove me wrong . I look forward to reading them .

I brought a bed from Affordable Furniture a couple of years ago and recently decided to get a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Karon remembered my colour of my bed frame so knew the colour to order with my new bedroom furniture.And today it was delivered by two lovely gentlemen and now my bedroom matches perfectly.
