Repeatedly rude, disrespectful, aggressive, talking against me and appeared to be making things as difficult as possible for me this evening when I rang out of normal hours to report a water leak in the street outside 72 Normandy Rd., St Abans! Put the phone down on me after my remonstrating with her and asking her to treat me better, and ultimately saying I wanted to make a complaint! Rang back as impossible to know what is happening re the leak or the complaint! Phone apparently deliberately not answered and I obviously felt forced to give up after about another sixteen minutes unnecessarily holding on! Brent Collins.

My elderly Dad who lives alone noticed his Bill was high every month ongoing. Affinity allowed me to contact them on his behalf and I explained the problem. They were immediately on it sending out engineers to check the property for leaks. The problem, no fault of the water supplier, was identified and resolved. Ronnie in customer services went above and beyond to help. Many companies today could learn lessons on how to treat customers from this organisation.

I don't understand why people will give them 5 starts. They have no idea what they are doing. It's a very long story...but the conclusion is they are not looking professional, they don't know how to deal with a complaint or provide the result of an investigation.

I had a few problems regarding a third-party billing company (they’re called Glide, do NOT go with them) that were responsible for paying our water bills, they took extortionate amounts of money from me and my flatmate and never paid it forward to Affinity Water. This was a problem throughout our entire tenancy, but after speaking to Danielle on the phone from Affinity Water, The problem was resolved within just one call! It’s honestly so refreshing to speak to someone who is so compassionate, helpful and friendly on the phone when you’re having a very stressful issue. Danielle is a credit to the company and I can finally relax knowing that the problem is over, thanks again!!

This organisation is incompetent and doesn't care for its customers. It's the only business I know who say that "your [next] bill is ready to view" and then doesn't put that bill on to their "improved" website. So I book a call back through THEIR system for Tuesday 2nd March 2.30pm to 6pm to check what's going on. I'M STILL WAITING on Wed 3rd March at 6pm...!!! You'd think that they'd be a bit more attentive having raised my water charges by over 100% last year, wouldn't you?! But that's fine. They're in a protected position as customers cannot switch suppliers and vote with their feet like they can with other utility supplies. So why SHOULD they actually give a damn, eh???
