The behaviour of my dog was transformed by Charlotte our trainer. I had an unruly dog who did not believe in recall and was generally a law unto himself. I had lost all confidence that he would improve. However, immediately, as in from the moment Charlotte entered our home my dog was obedient and was able to perfectly undertake the activities that was set for him. She helped me to gain confidence with my dog. I have had trainers in the past but what I like about Charlotte's approach is that she goes in depth in explaining the whys behind the training so that I feel confident even after she ends the lessons. Also. Charlotte provided supplementary handouts on different training skills that I can use to teach my dog. Because of all of this I have an obedient dog who is now off leash and actually listens to me I would definately recommend this service!
