If I could rate them Zero stars I would believe me. This company in my opinion is very unprofessional, rude and dam right disrespectful. I would share my story but it's too long to explain. What I'll do is advice you to go with another agency. At least until they get new staff that know and understand how to treat and talk to people, staff that doesn't swear at you and knows how's to keep and stay professional.

Generally can’t believe how poor this job is I have been working for afe and yodel Hatfield and it’s the biggest waste of time ever would you believe I have worked 5 weeks and had 2 shifts I also complained and they gave me my second shift not had one since, also when I complained and got the second shift they even forgot to put my name down for the shift so I had to mess about for a whole hour at the start sorting that out, then the attitude to new people is the worst I have ever seen I have work 2 shifts in this massive place for starters and they do not even give you a guide around the place so my second shift after ages I had no clue so I asked a team leader what to do and this is what he says “ just stand here” then he proceeded to just walk off leaving me standing for ten mins while he stood around talking to people so I just walked off and asked someone who was packing and they told me a team leader they are mangers and they just don’t care some do but most that I have spoken to personally are rude and have just left me on multiple occasions when I have asked for help. Worst job I have ever done

I've never had any problems with AFE/Surecall. My pay was always correct and on time, staff were friendly, understanding and extremely easy to deal with. I've started a full-time job with an unrelated company now, but I would not hesitate to work with AFE again.
