This agency gave us numerous problems though out our tenancy. When I arrived to the flat we had to request and inventory and check of the property. While doing the inventory things were not noted, with the possible consequences of them not being specified there. We reported problems with the ligths, extractor fan, oven and blinds... that took ages to repair or never were. Once one of the toilets of the peoperty broke and it took them 1 month to get it fixed. Moreover, they could not emphathise with the urgency of the repair... When we decided to move houses, the agency provided with bad references to our new agency, with no evidence. Besides, they provided with a false contract (that we did not signed) to the borough and this information caused us a lot of troubles with the council tax and money we were not in depth of. And to not mention all the time we spent at the phone sorting the issue... The worse is that I could continue for ages.. So if you want to be free of any these troubles my advice would be to go to other state agents.
