Not recommended. The place they provided was nothing like they advertised. The whole place smelled really bad, there was a huge mould in the bathroom, which they never came to fix. Taking ages to respond to maintenance issues. There was a cigarette smoke all over my room because the flatmate was a smoker and they never solved the issue after I complained for multiple times, even though it wasn’t allowed to smoke in the premises.

Do not rent from this agency unless you want to be ripped off. First off, they won't respond to any maintenance issues for days and weeks, and when they do, it would take them ages to get the problem fixed. Secondly, they are masters of false advertising. I had paid deposit on a flat, but then I went to take a look, it was nothing like what they had advertised. To cap it all off, in their attempts to win the award for the worst agency ever, they won't pay back your deposit, and won't even respond to your query or requests for returning it. My ex housemates had warned me about these scamsters, but I ignored their warnings, to my peril. Beware of this scam agency. PS I lived at 4 Caxton Grove, E3 2AX.

Worst experience ever ! After 20 days I still waiting for the deposit. They refuse to pay it back without replying emails nor phone calls. During the stancy they make you responsible of any default item. Really upset with this experience.
