Great experience from start to finish. Called, spoke to a very friendly nurse called Cheryl, she immediately said to come and see her. She examined me and calmed me down, which is what I had been waiting for from the NHS for nearly 4 months. Had my first good nights sleep in months as Cheryl reassured me it was nothing serious. Highly recommend.

Great experience -- Cheryl was extremely knowledge, a true professional in her field, and look forward to working with Aesthetika for my dermatological (rosacea management)/cosmetological (fine lines and double chin) treatments when needed. Felt no pressure to opt for any procedures I do not need (no hard selling here!) and all alternatives explained (with a suggestion to also talk to the competition!) I recommend to everyone, if only for a consult.

From the initial contact with Connie who did the bookings to the appointment (which I got the wrong date for and was rebooked without hassle) the service was impeccable.
