Very friendly and professional ladies at the Upminster branch. I was kindly offered an ice cold bottle of water whilst waiting since the heat outside was blistering. I had several consultations with Hannah who was very informative about the treatments and in her advice on moving forward. She did recommend Mary for the injectables as I was asking for a bit of lift near my eye, and she was honest to say it wasn’t an area she would inject, which I totally understand since it is always best to be comfortable carrying out a treatment. At the end of my consultation Hannah advised to have a think on the treatments and I felt in no way pressured to have treatment. Thank you x
